With certification held since 2011 by founder and owner David Paxton, all their wines are produced solely from their estate vineyards in McLaren Vale. Paxton vineyards are spread across the ‘Vale’s diverse sites and soil types, managed without compromise from planting to harvest. David and his son Ben Paxton’s commitment to minimising inputs and practicing biodynamic farming continues to deliver stand-out grapes that demand top prices alongside their own highly awarded wines.

Ashleigh excelled in winemaking while in Condrieu, France and almost a decade in Tuscany, elevating wines to exceptional expressions. Passionate and skilled, Ashleigh is recognised in the industry for producing exceptional wines, most recently as a National Finalist for Young Guns of Wine 2023.
