PM and David Hall-Jones were the down-to-earth winemakers behind Domaine Thomson. Their love for wine, especially Burgundy, sparked their journey into winemaking. With a genuine respect for tradition and a love for adventure, they set out to create outstanding wines that reflect both their roots and the unique terroir of Central Otago. With David Hall-Jones passing in 2024, PM continues the Domain Thomson winemaking legacy.
