MEET THE WINEMAKER: Ashleigh Seymour

Ashleigh Seymour is a highly accomplished winemaker, with expertise gained across France and Italy as well as Australia. Ashleigh excelled in winemaking while in Condrieu, France and almost a decade in Tuscany, elevating wines to exceptional expressions. Passionate and skilled, Ashleigh is recognised in the industry for producing exceptional wines, most recently as a National Finalist for Young Guns of Wine 2023.

Established in 1979, Paxton is a family-owned vineyard and wine company and a regional leader in organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking.
