"Light-mid straw yellow hue; the bouquet is meringue, red fruits/strawberry, very pinoty, but also clean, fresh, ripe and inviting. In the mouth it’s rich and ample, with generous flavour, round shape and lovely balance, the finish soft and appetising, more-ish and long. Smart pinot driven Champagne." Huon Hooke
"Light, bright straw with a brassy tinge. The bouquet is fresh and nutty, toasty, straw-like, fresh and ripe smelling, with traces of quince, red apple and pomegranate. The wine is rich and full in the mouth with real depth of ripe fruit, great structure too, the well judged hint of liqueur doing its thing in the middle palate and the finish long and satisfying. The aftertaste is clean, dry and appetising. A very smart wine indeed." Huon Hooke
"Light-medium salmon-pink colour; pomegranate, rose-petal and pot-pourri aromas, palate bright and intense, complex and savoury with a firm acid/tannin backbone but nicely balanced, the finish dry and long after a touch of sweetness in the core. A trace of cleansing bitterness on the after-palate. Very appealing rosé style." Huon Hooke
"Light straw colour, youthful and complex, the bouquet multilayered and the palate likewise detailed and long, with refinement and cleansing dryness throughout. Hints of lemon, iced pastries and smoked charcuterie. Crisp, lively, refreshing finish that runs long. Stylish wine; a truly wonderful Champagne." Huon Hooke
"97 Points Medium-full brassy straw colour; bouquet is complex and refined, understated but very detailed, the palate likewise absorbingly complex and layered. Traces of candied citrus, iced pastries and parsnip. It finishes very long and refined with a lovely line and seems very dry (thanks partly to phenolics) but stops short of austerity. Superb Champagne; the acidity really draws the finish out very long. It’s all about finesse and length." Huon Hooke
